Stefania Iacomi (Siena, 1960) lives in Florence, is married and has two daughters.
She studied Traditional Japanese Embroidery (Nui Dô) under Master Mireille Amar, attending her courses in France.
She completed her training in 2012 and was certified as an teacher by the Japanese Embroidery Center of Atlanta, and duly listed in the International Register of Certified Teacher.

In October 2012 she attended a specialisation course at the atelier of Kuranei Kay in Japan.
In February 2013 she attended a refresher course held at the headquarters of the Japanese Embroidery Center in Atlanta.
She currently runs courses in Florence and other cities.
